Welcome to SIPA’s music department!
We are a team of like-minded musicians and performers who all have the same mission, to educate and inspire the next generation of musicians.
I have always been a strong believer that learning an instrument is so
much more than just playing music. Learning an instrument is so
beneficial in all stages of development and is proven to help build and
improve basic personal skills such as Patience, Self-Esteem,
Reasonability, Self-Expression, and Coordination, just to name a few!
Our department aims to develop every students’ skills on their chosen
instrument as well as foster a love for making music in many genres.
There is a growing variety of performance opportunities throughout the
music department including our Youth Choir.
We cater to a wide range of instruments including Piano, Keyboard,
Guitar, Vocals, Drums, and Saxophone all of which give our students the
chance to take graded exams with ABRSM or Trinity College (depending on
their instrument).
We are very lucky to have such a talented group of tutors who are all
active in the music industry, meaning, our students get the best
possible music education from tutors who play for a living. Our tutors
also strive to make sure students’ progress, improve, and enjoy their
music education with us!
